Dielectric media in FEKO

Hi

I want to define a new dielectric media in FEKO and I want to use an option in FEKO in tab "media" then "dielectric "and finally "import from file" becose I have real and imag part of permitivitty for different frequency ,but I dont know how can I make this file.
I read in help of feko this file must be .xml format.plz any one help me...
