Anyone know the dielectric constant of cured 5 minute epoxy? I need to dielectrically load some waveguide choke joint channels for a quick experiment, and don't feel like blowing $300 for some Eccostock.

I would expect it near to standard epoxy resin. Araldite has a specification of 3.7 - 3.9.
