Die-chip and conductive glues and/or epoxy:

Does anybody here are using DIEMAT® or TANAKA® epoxy to glues microwave FET or MMIC to the carrier?
Does anybody has practical experience to share with me?
Especially about the difference vs market leader EpoTek® or Stycast®
