Hi folks,

I would like to evaluate various DFT test platforms for my asic designs. These testers can be used to verify my ATPG patterns or JTAG patterns on board quickly right at my workbench.

Has anyone had any experience using these testers? I am looking particularly at Teseda V520 and Intellitech Nebula testers. Any user experiences will help me a lot in deciding if these are worth it.

Also any information on pricing will be helpful.

Thanks a bunch.

I think those you should think about : how may clock it support , the quickly frequence, how many vector memory it has, how many timeplate it support, how mcuh probe pin it has , how much power pin it has .
