Hi everyone,

I ran FASTSCAN ATPG mode for a benchmark circuit and got 4 test patterns that will give 100% fault coverage for 50 stuck at faults. Then I wanted to find out what are the faults each pattern will detect. So I ran FAULT (fault simulation) mode with just the first pattern as source. The statistics reported that this first pattern detected 20 faults out of the 50 faults. Hence the fault coverage for this pattern showed up to be 40%.

I want to see which are the 20 faults that this pattern had detected. If I use "report faults" or "write faults" command, it shows up all the 50 faults.

Can somebody tell me how to do it?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Chidambaram Alagappan
