has gaom9 take the wrong clk to fix?

He is mistaken at the flow setup and missedout the scan path declaration. rest every thing is fine with his script.

DFT error

Hi .. I am facing the same problem with my design... after scan insertion in dft complier, when i am using tetramax for test pattern generation and i run this command run_drc s27_dft.spf, I get

DRC-T> run_drc s27_dft.spf
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Begin scan design rules checking...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Begin reading test protocol file s27_dft.spf...
Error: illegal context (measure_sco must be the last event in procedure "shift"). (V8-1)

End parsing STIL file s27_dft.spf with 1 errors.
Error: Design rules checking failed: cannot exit DRC command mode. (M100)

its the same problem you guys were facing .. Please tell the solution.

use the standard template format.Its there in the atpg reference manual.
 

help for dft scripts for multiple clocks..

can you please sent me the scripts for multi clocks in the design. my design has 2 clocks. Can you help me to write auto fix dft scripts for the multiple clock design....
