device questions

I have attached a graph that goes along with these questions. I guess I am just having a hard time figuring out where to begin.

Added after 37 minutes:

actually, I do have another question.
If it says:
Device A is connected in series with a 15-v battery and a 2k resistor, determine current. How do I use the graph to solve this question. I guess I just dont know how to use the graph.
another example:
Device B is connected in parallel with a 5-mA current source and a 3-k resistor. Find voltage across B and current through it.
Same problem. How does the graph apply to these?
