Developing an ARM kit (7 or 9)

Hi everybody!
I want to design a Kit of ARM (7 or 9) with ROM/RAM, USB, LCD, 7 segment led, Keypad, COM, ETHERNET.
Should I chose what specialize ARM ?
please give me some recommendation and resouce !

No offense, but go and buy one.
www.olimex.com as an example offer very low cost kits. The secret is the software not the hardware. If you can program a low level Ethernet Driver or a USB driver, you can do so much more than just building a board.
If you want to build one just for yourself to experiment, again, you can go to Olimex and download schematics and be happy
