I have 2 input PWM and i need to use PIC16F877A as PWM detection on CCP1 and CCP2 module. But i have read in the datasheet that it will use the same timer1. So will it affect the pwm detection of another CCP Module while detecting 1st pwm signal ?

Also i need initial startup sample program in c for detecting PWM using CCP1 and CCP2 as i am new for using CCP modules for detecting PWM signal. I have use CCP modules by using mikroc libraries for generating PWM but not for detecting PWM... please help... i searched but i am not getting any useful links..

Please share some idea if you have...
