Designing RF circuit amplifier

Can any one tell me to design a amplifier, let say common emitter, by using the voltage divider bias method and the small analysis on that amplifier by using the transistor datasheet.

I have go through a lot of theory about the amplifier from the book i find some of the parameter found in the book can't really present in the datasheet.
