pls help me for designing QFH antenna in HFSS ... act i dont getting any idea how to start so pls provide some material regarding on designing QFH antenna in ansoft HFSS.....

what is the QHF antenna?
 

I assuming that QFH antenna means Quadrifiliar Helical antenna, if so start with the Antenna Design Toolkit, free for download from the ANSYS website assuming your maintenance is up to date :) As an aside, avoid acronyms if you want quick help...

yes as tallface said avoid using acronyms because many be know as other name
