Anyone can provide guidelines or any reference in designing and layout for a Meander-Line Inductor? Thank you!

Keep the current flowing in opposite direction far apart !!! That's the most important thing to know.
 

Sorry, maybe I should put it this way, I need a set of guiding formulas for computing the geometry (width, length, gap,..) for the meander line. Thanks.
