Briefly..pick a ferrite core (eg ETD, PM, POT core, etc etc)....see eg ferroxcube or TDK data books of cores.
Then you will wind it with enammelled copper wire to your required inductance...or rather, use Litz wire, such as TEX-ELZ by furukawa (skin effect)
Check your saturation current with Isat = BAN/L
B = 0.3T
A = core min cross sect. area
N = no of turns
L = inductance.
You will need a gapped core....
You find the inductance of N turns by using the "allowance" value "AL"

i'll leave it to you to measure up the bobbin and see how many turns you can get on a layer etc etc.
The bobbin dims are usually on the core datasheet
