Dear All,
I am designing a common source amplifier that can provide gain of 28dB. I have used diode connected load topology to design it. I want to know how should i set biasing points and widths of both the transistors in circuit? I am using TSMC 180nm file.

Depends on required bandwidth and load impedance. Check G00GLE for common source amplifier, you'll get a lot of useful lectures, tutorials and examples.
