designing a saw tooth generator using op07

hi
i have a problem that i have to generate a sawtooth wasve form with op07 opam and i cant find values for calculating R and C values and i have to synchronize it with a zero crossing detector so i cant use a saw tooth generator IC.Can some one help out with the calculations.I know how to calculate it for IC 555.Thank you in advance
