Hello,

I am using the HVCMOS of HIT kit 3.80. I am exploring a design which requires a regular diode with high breakdown voltage (greater than 60V). The diode needs to placed in a circuit with forward voltages of 50V. Is there a diode model available in ams which I can extend or use. Can someone provide any useful comments in this regard?

Thanks
