Please left the message if you want to design a new transformer...!
by given me the

i. topology
ii. input voltage range
iii. output voltage
iv. IC number or mosfet
 

i. flyback
ii. 110 to 240VDC
iii. 5.5Vdc
iv. TNY254

I need transformer specification for delivering 3W power for Star LED
 

please have a look at the discussion in following thread started by me. the transformer design is still in question.

i-self oscillating, transition mode, current mode control, flyback.
ii-Input 220V ac.
iii-Output 21v 5A.
iv-Mosfet irf840.
