hello every one.i need a scheme of opamp.can any body help me?
thank you.

Do you need the schematic of an opamp?
Inverting or non-inverting?
Single or dual supply?
What is the required gain?
What is the required bandwidth?

yes.
inverting
i want it for ct delta sigma with bw=100khz

Here is some basic principles for integrator circuits , to find right
circuit and values.

f(3dB) = 1 / ( 2 * Pi * Ri * Cf )

i am also designing sigma delta adc modulator as a part of my internship project in which i designed op amp with gain over 100db (min), phase greater than 80 degrees and Bandwidth greater than 50 MHz to accommodate my input signals and took others parameters too into consideration, but i found that my designed op amp wasn't functioning properly as an integrator, so then i adjusted for parameters keeping more focus onto the bandwidth of 50 MHz & its proper functioning as an integrator. What i want to tell you is that make op amp as per your application. So don't try to design it as per books, try to design and tune it as per your application.
