Which transistor I can used to design the amplifier with this specifications:
Gain of 20dB at centre frequency
Centre frequency of 600 MHz
Noise figure: 5 dB
Fractional bandwidth 0.1
input and output impendance: 75 ohms
The device stability shall be quaranteed over the entireload and frequency range

If you want good noise figure
go for NE3210S01 from CEL.
go on website www.cel.com
lot of good transistors available

the NEC3210S01 is a microwave one , he want to design a 600 MHz transistor , i recommend u one of NXP BJT low noise transistors u can get a very good LNA with them in this range
