is there any one who can introduce me an analog integrated circuits design except the book of P gray ...?

you can surely try reading from analog ic design by behzad razavi. you may like it more.

Try the following books (in your library first)

Analog Integrated Circuit Design (David Johns/Ken Martin)
The Art of Analog Layout ( Alan Hastings )
Design of Analog Integrated Circuits (Behzad Razavi)

In addition to Paul Gray's book(s)

you can take a look at Professor Paul Allen's website and notes.

https://users.ece.gatech.edu/~pallen/

This material should keep someone busy for a good portion of their lifetimes. Enjoy

I think CMOS Analog IC Design from Philip Allen is also good.

another good book is from Weste & Eshraghian
Principles of CMOS VLSI design

Besides Johns&Martin I also liked

1. F.Maloberti, Analog design for CMOS VLSI Systems
Good book about opamps and comparators

2. R. Gregorian, G. Temes, Analog MOS Integrated circuits for Signal Processing
A classic one!! Although it comes from 1987, it is still very good for SC circuits

This website maybe helpful for you

Try Design of Analog Integrated Circuits and Systems (Laker , Sansen)

I have just bought the book written by by behzad razavi.
and now i am reading it.
I think it is a very good book, easy to understand.

I already upload
Paul Gray's ebook 4/e
Hope it's useful!

Hi,
I had the same kind of question as to how to start.

Well what I did was I started reading book by Franco Maloberti.
Analog CMOS VLSI design

I tried simulating various kind of designs given in this book.

If you dont have this book ...you can make use of any other which is handily available to you.

Start with
Current source,
Current sink,
Current Mirrors
Voltage n Current sources
Common stage amplifiers
Differential amplifiers
Basic OTA
OPamps
Comparators

Hope this helps you...I used Tanner S-edit, Tspice and finally L-edit
Later I shifted to Cadence IC s/w and HSpice

Cheers,
Gold_kiss

gold kiss is correct, when i took my first analog circuit class at my school, that was roughly the order by which we get into it.

trying to solve problem and verifying solutions by simulation along the way can keep it fun and keep you motivated too..

good luck

U can read "Introduction to Microelectronics" by Sedra\Smith.

Actually, i made a mistake in an earlier post. It is not "Paul" Allen, but Professor Philip E. Allen.

Take a look at aicdesign.org for notes.

Also you can take a look at https://webcast.berkeley.edu/courses/
Attend the courses that suit your level. You are best judge in this regard.

I appreciate SOmeone could provide the solutions for PE Allen's Book.

I am a newbie, doing advanced modeling stuff. Some insight into the analog is very helpful for my research.

I got the solutions of Gray and Razail.

sometimes the book can not be download

it is a very good book . thank u for u'r information
