HEY GUYZ ...I'V EDESIGNED A HIGH FREQUENCY VCO USING CMOS TECHNOLOGY
 

Hi could you please through more ligth on this VCO. List its performance advantages compared to other VCO. Can you also tell us the tools that u used and the difficulties that you faced ?
 

i've designed this VCO in ANSOFT DESIGNER..............
its a simulation ....and i've designed a VCO for 80GHZ....
 

can you show it to us? or else, why are you posting ? :p
