design of Gm transconductor Cell

Hello,


I am new in this forum and this is my first post and I wish to get your advice .. currently I am designing a gm transconductor cell as in the attached figure .. I actually I don't know how from which point to start my design in order to get the device sizing, the specs that I have in this design is to make the gm cell very linear to get gm = 1/R and

I wish if I can get some guidance :)

Start from calculating transconductance of this cell, next assume some bias current and use well known drain current formulas
