Hello all,
can anybody post design methodology of a gilbert cell?These are specs I'm targetting at
R0=400K
Swing = Vdd/5
gain= 15-20
Vctrl sweep -Vdd/2 to Vdd/2
Vp > 0.2
I'm working at 90nm technology node(with vdd=1.2)
