design of 2step flash pipeline ADC 10bits

Hi
I want to design 2step flash pipeline ADC (10 bits) can you please help me how can I do this ?
I need some papers that explain how can we design these ... we need to analyse this with matlab or ADS (Advanced designed system) so if you have any sample or example about these ,please give them to me.

For such ADC take levels such as
+0.25
0
-0.25
for the input range of -0.5 to0.5
the out code after these comparison will be thermometric which u need to change to binary for actual code.
