Does anyone have NEC design kit including transistor model NEC33284A for ADS2020? Thank in advance!
 

What is a NEC33284A? Found no informations about it.
 

You can S2P element in schematic, with S2P data found here:

As you know, S2P data is linear S-parameters valid for one operating point. The operating point is often mentioned in the S2P file header.

The non-linear model is published in its datasheet.
You should create your own component by defining those parameters in a schematic view.
But it's very old transistor and there are many more modern and higher performance replacements in the market.
