Are there any difference between DFT and DFV?

Yes they are different. DFT means Design For Test, and DFV means

Design For Verification, there also DFM means Design For Manufacter.

DFT means something like scan-based(intrnal scan, boundary scan), bist-

based(memory, logic) design, which is used to test your chips/dies to

sure it is good to sell to custom.

DFV means think about the function verification when you design.

which synopsys's tools support the dfv ?

Synopsys tools : VCS (for simulation), LEDA (for syntax check)

The DFT is more test related, while DFV is more verification related, focus on Functional consideration.
