Hi guys,
Pls tell me some theory and tricks on designing waveguide filter with capability of supressing harmonic. For example,8-10GHz BPF,with 40dBc attenuation among 16-20G.

I cannot carry on with my work now.
Response is appreciated!

You need to use a corrugated waveguide filter or a waffle-iron filter.
Theory and example you can find in the "Matthaei book" and the attachments file's from R_Goulouev.
Good luck.

Hi borich_03,

I have downloaded both the files but the files are in extension *.mcd ; could I know what software will be able to open the above attachement?

Thanks.
