graduation project

hi all,
this term my last term and I have a graduation project like;
design and test a directional coupler in the x-band for the given specifications: the coupling factor of 25 dB, the directivity of 30 dB, the operating frequency 9 GHz, the input power handling capability of 50 watts; dimensions of the rectangular waveguide are 0.9 inches to0.4 inches.
The correctness of the design must be tested!!
But I don't find any code or method for testing yet.
please anybody help me for a method.
