Hi, I am new to this forum

I want to design a reset button for a number of switches I have their picture as enclosed.
The button is suppose to disconnect all the switches once it is pressed. But it does not and the capacitor is not charging.

Would you help me solve this problem?

You have a momentary pushbutton. If it is normally open then it allows the circuit to blink the LED one time whenever a switch is turned on, if no other switch is already turned on.
When you press the pushbutton then it allows a switch to continuously light the LED if the pushutton is still pressed.
So the pushbutton does not reset anything.

If you want the pushbutton to allow the switches to light the LED, then prevent them from lighting the LED after the pushbutton is pressed one time then you need the pushbutton to control a flip-flop circuit that performs the reset or not.
