Design a Microwave link using CAD

Hi ALL,

I am just a fresh comm engineering Graduate, I've a little Q

If I want to design a microwave Link (100km distance in between)
So, What is the steps ? and What's The need of using (AutoCAD) in that Work ??

I am not working yet in RF field ,But I want to understand that Work
So, Would any one give me a brief about that ???

BTW, I need to understand HOW I can use AutoCAD in designing layouts concerning "RF Design", If anyone can show me a simple example ,I'll be grateful 2 him
