how can I design a card with PCI interface and write for it a device driver?

I need helps on ICs for PCI and good links .
If there are PCI chips with prepared drivers ,it will be better.

Maybe you can try to find a copy of the article about it. Drivers can be downloaded from the web site from Elektor.

Hi
You have also complete chipset that are not expensive and drivers
from:
1. plx (one of the popular).
2. oxford.
3. Some fpga like altera xlinx with core (more exp than the chipsets ) but not recommended for stater(only if you are looking for small desing).

for best work use them on pcb only others the system will not work
carefull with the distance from the connector to the chipsets (standarts)
all line max 1.5 the clock 2.5 fix. (if you look on some pci cards you can see one wire that look like a snake this is the clock signal).
