cmos35_hspice.txt

hi
can some one help me how to design this project?
STEP BY STEP PLEASE!!!
from what i should start and with wich to continiue
i can not obtain all these features att all.
i should use hspice

1. Obtain the features below at lowest power consumption possible at FF and SS corners of 0.35um CMOS.

2. Design bias circuits

3. Design proper switching CMFB for two high impedance nodes of OTA

Target features of design are:
Vdd=1.8 V
DC gain > 80 dB
Settling time(0.01%) < 10 ns
Output swing, Vpp =1.4 v
Slew Rate >500V/us
Phase margin > 75
Cload=5pf

The schematic of the design and library of hspice is shown in file.
there are 2 text lib file (mos.l.txt+logs355v.l.txt) and (cmos35_hspice.txt).
first ones is project file but dos not work properly.
second one is my past .35 libary

i also need to know how to design this OTA ,can someone give some suggestings, 3x

Since there are a lot of detailed during design, I recommend that you can read Gray & Meyer book 4th ed. There are some examples on differential amplifier design and they are helpful.

ICL7611 or ICL7621 opamps can operate from a 2V supply, so would probably still work ok with 1.8V.

Try The book CMOS Analog Circuit Design by Allen and Holberg.
It has a complete chapter on the design of OTA's and even gives the step by step procedure for its design. Sure it will help you.

CMOS DUDE

The book by Baker and Boyce is also useful for opamp design. Its more of a Mixed signal design book.
