This service pack contains fixes and enhancements to the
Quartus(R) II software that were not included on the
Quartus II version 4.0 release.
This readme.txt file accompanies the Quartus II Version 4.0
Service Pack 1 Update. After you have installed this update,
the Service Pack Installed field in the About Quartus II box
(Help menu) will indicate "1".
