i need project description about mobile tracking system using GPS or micrwave technology

Satttelites guides GPS to calculate mobile positition, but with microwave technology (?) who do it?

What do you mean by "microwave technology"?
Microwaves is everything from 1Ghz (or less, based on some papers) to light.
Microwave technology *is* GPS because is about 1.5GHz, is also GSM at 0.8Ghz or 1.9Ghz, is WIFI/WIMAX/WIBREE/WIBRO/Bluetooth/ZIGBEE/microwave owens/car tracking radars on 2.3Ghz-2.7Ghz, again WIFI on 5GHz,TV relays and WIMAX again on 3.5GHz and so one to 420Ghz.
