Derating Analysis for Tantalum Capacitors

Can anyone help me on how to do a derating analysis for all the tantalum capacitors in an existing circuit?
Voltage, current, temperature? where would I look at the values I needed. Thank you.
 

See the attached article. Also, AVX has software on their web page to automate some of the calculations.

It's according to your reliability requirement.As usual,one third of voltage,fifty percentage of capacitor.
