what is difference between supply current, operating current, quiescent current, output current ?

Supply current is the current a whole piece of kit is demanding or the current that a power supply is supplying.
Operating current - self evident.
Quiescent current, the current a device takes when it is not active.
Output current, the current a piece of kit (power supply?) can deliver, often specified against load impedance or output voltage.
