Hi All,

I have designed a board with PXA270 processor with boot flash, SDRAM and other chips. Once power is up, I could flash uboot using JTAG into boot flash.

After that when I restarted my system, my system is not booting up. I have flashed uboot couple of times, then also the same result System is not booting up.

SDRAM CLK,CLK enable,Chip select signals are enabled. All data sigals and RAS,CAS are not valid signals. By the way PXA270 is BGA, SDRAM chips also BGAs.

I am not able to debug the circuit. Can you give me suggestions for debugging circuit.

Thank you,
apstndp.
