Debug naming error in Calibre LVS

Hi,
While running calibre LVS for a 40nm block,
i am getting an error like this,

ne = Naming Error (same layout name found in source
circuit, but object was matched otherwise).

There may be a connection error. Is this the only error? Can you attach the entire error report? And if possible, layout and schematic snapshots?
