Hi

I'm designing a board with a CPU that has no DM (data mask) pins on it's DDR3 memory interface.
Where should I connect the DM pins on the DDR3 memory chips? GND, or VCC, or what?

Hi,
With out mask signals how can we achieve mask functionality during read and write?I think it should be available. Can you share me the CPU part number or datasheet.

hi
I cannot share anything, it is under NDA.
Actually I have checked the jedec 240pin RDIMM design document and that one showd chip DM pins tied to GND, and the dim module has no DM pins.
