Hi,

Can you pls let me know the register configurations that needs to be set to bring up DDR2.
I came to know that there are 12 config registers but could not get thier details.
Can you provide some details.Pls also share any app note to bring up DDR2.

As for me there will be mode registers which will tells about how the ddr has to work .these register values will be taken care in controller..
