Hello,

I am designing a class B DCO at 18GHz. For process corner variations, FF corners show -10% decrease of frequency and SS +10%.Is this something normal? Are there possible ways to compensate?

Thank you for helping me.

if you want help, you might want to explain what a DCO is, and how Class B applies to it at 18 GHz?

Are you talking about an 18 GHz frequency synthesizer?
