hi i need a DC voltage multiplier .multiplier should be with charactristic:
high speed : 1gHz
very low power
can't use op-amp
and high accuracy (0.001%)
please help me.:|
excuse me!i'm very busy.my concept of accuracy is shown in example ( input is 0.002 multiply to 8 that result should be 0.015 or 0.017 .my input range is ( 0 - 1v).this accuracy need becuse of my voltage multiply to multiple stage .
thank you.
have a nice time. :|
I don't use a op-amp because its power dissipation is high.my circuit power dissipation must max 300mw .so op-amp area is rather than a simple circuit.:!:
please if i mistake ,tell me my mistake .

Devices, I'm familiar to as THS3201 achieve about 600 MHz at G=8. The device would also keep the 300 mW requirement. Cause these are CFB amplifiers, the gain bandwidth product can be partly increased at higher gains. I assume, that faster CFB OPs are possible, but I'm not aware of commercial devices. Mainly, cause I didn't need them yet.
However, it's somewhat unworldly to talk about 1 GHz bandwidth without specifying source and load impedances.
