DEAR ALL,

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME IN DESIGNING A DC-DC CONVERTOR-CHOPPER :-

APPLICATION WELDING :-
DUTY : 60-100%
VOLTAGE : INPUT : 78.5V, RECTIFIED DC.
OUTPUT : 78.5V
Current : Adjustable with POT from 10A to 400 Amps.
with emergency stop.
output current feedback & control.
