DC will generaed some file: ddc,svf,spf ,what is the full name of this file ?what is the usage of each type file?
can someone share?
 

Synopsys DC database - DDC
Setup Verification for Formality (actually this is script input to formality) - SVF
STIL procedure file - SPF
 

SPF is test protocol of DFT for TMAX input. SPF,Stil Procedure File
