how i can convert dc motor to servo motor with simple method ?

You need to fitted a rotary encoder to its shaft and then use a comparator and amplifier to drive the motor.

Radio controlled cars, boats, airplanes and helicopters use servos for control.
A servo already has a DC motor but it also has many more things. Look at SERVO in Google to see all the things that are in a servo in addition to its ordinary motor.
Radio Control servos use Pulse-Width-Modulation as an input.
