DC Motor control with java

Hi! I need to do a project to control dc motor with JAVA also using PIC
The Project: When i enter to pc keyboard K(DC MOTOR START) and L(DC MOTOR STOP)
please help ...

use a PIC with motor and an Etherenet interface
run a UDP server on the PIC
PC sends UDP packets over Ethernet to PIC to control motor speed
