ir2110 applications

I have to build a device that controls the speed of a DC motor 127V,10A. I decided to use IR2110 - half bridge MOSFET driver and IRFP260N - N-channel MOSFET. And here the problems begin.

When I apply 1kHz (50% duty cycle) pulses to LIN and HIN from PIC there is no response on LO and HO. I tried another test - I just applied 5V to LIN expecting to get 15V but there was 0V.
I apply 30V to high side mosfet, because I can't provide 127V but I don't think this is a problem.

So is there any wrong with the circuit?
How can I test the IR2110 to see if it is broken?
Any practical applications of IR2110 are welcome.

As I can see you connected pin 6 of the IR2112 to 15V, and you are using bootstrap circuit. In such a case you have made a short circuit between 15V and your HV.If you connect 15v to pin 6 via HV fast or ultra fast diode than you will have a circuit that might work.
