hello guys
here I was studying a schematic on this site:
https://www.guidecircuit.com/Circuit-PC-Hardware-RS232-RS485.htm
and than I saw a very strange thing in the schematic of the circuit and that is that he has provided 9 V DC input to the bridge rectifier instead of the AC input.
As I and you guys know that the use of the bridge rectifier is as the rectifier and the input is AC not DC and we get output as DC .
So what is the basic funda of this designer behind this schematic.
please give me link or any other notes or link related to this awesome use actually I want to decipher this use of a rectifier with DC at it's input.
thank you
