DC biasing JFET with BJT

Could someone help me with DC biasing this circuit?

But can you tell as where your problem exactly lies?

Simply if we ignore the BJT base current we see that
Is = Id = 1mA and
Ie = ((1.8K * 1mA) - Vbe ) / 1K = 1.2mA

And Vout = 1.2mA * (10K + 100R) = 12V
