I think this is production date not name of the transistor.. :roll:

If you're sure that this a name , it might be Fujitsu.. but :? If it is a Microwave power Transistor.. :!:

All i know it's P channel Mosfet.
It's in TO220 package.

The no. on the transistor is

F9540N
